If not, please do so today. You must book your checkout appointment with our office


If the flat is not professionally cleaned you will incur a cleaning fee deduction from your deposit.


Pleaes give details on any damages done to the walls, floor, kitchen, bathrooms, appliences etc. Damages need to be discussed with us and/or Michael immediately. Failure to disclose and arrange for authorised repair with us will result in a deduction from your deposit.

Next steps...
Within 48 hours of your checkout appointment we will instruct TDS to release your deposit minus any deductions if necessary.
To avoid deductions and enable same day deposit instruction release, please ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned and free from any damages.
Once we instruct TDS to release your deposit, you will get an email from them, and you need to follow their instructions and confirm your bank details.
Please note we do not hold your deposit money ourselves, and their processing speed is outside of our control.
