You have questions we have answers

You can report repairs via email to info@oxfordlondongroup.com. On some properties we also have an on site maintenance manager whom you can contact via WhatsApp or mobile. Please provide details of the issue, your address, and any relevant photos for quicker resolution.
Although our properties are of high build standard, sometimes issues do arise. We aim to fix urgent issues within the same day where possible. For non urgent matters we aim to fix those as soon as practically possible. Please contact us as soon as an issue arises.
Simple. Rent needs to be paid on the agreed payment dates as on your tenancy agreement, by bank transfer or standing order. You will receive automatic emails confirming once rent payments have been received.
Any changes must be approved in writing. Contact us with your request, and we'll let you know if it's possible.
We register deposits with a third party government regulated custodian, such as TDS. Full details will be given to you with the tenancy agreement. Your deposit will be returned after you vacate, provided the property is left clean, undamaged, and all rent is paid. Deductions may apply for repairs or cleaning if necessary.
